Sure enough, the holidays flew by! Finding some family time and orchestrating our staff and deliveries over the holidays have catapulted us into the New Year! Brighter times are on the horizon for Strike Farms in 2018. We've officially made it through our first year of major growth! We are looking forward to taking everything we learned in 2017 to make 2018 the best year yet.

Strike Farms 2018 New Year's Resolutions:

1. OFFER A CUSTOMIZABLE YEAR-ROUND CSA SHARE - Just a few changes are taking place in 2018 at Strike Farms. The most exciting is offering a year-round customizable CSA Share. Starting June 1st, you can start receiving four seasons of vegetables. You only have to register once and pay either in full by season or by payment plan. Each week you can opt for the standard box or choose what you'd like to receive. We are thrilled to offer this option for CSA members! Questions? Email [email protected]

2. LEARN FROM PAST MISTAKES - It's normal to wish to change things from the past year. Whether it is remembering a birthday or communicating to family or employees, we are going to avoid making the same mistake twice. We are going to take what we learned and apply it to 2018!

3. STAY POSITIVE, SHARE POSITIVE - In the whirlwind of the farm year, sometimes we can get down on ourselves about a number of things including the ways of Mother Nature, mistakes made while seeding, harvesting or delivering or letting relationships take a backseat to the farm calendar. This year we want to stay positive and share positive. There is so much to be excited about when it comes to the future of agriculture. Agriculture is one of the greatest industries on the planet and we will continue growing food and educating you about the farm,

4. SlOW DOWN - Owners and farm workers are notorious for always being a rush and scatterbrained. After all, there is a lot of to keep track of at the farm! We must remember to put the brakes on sometimes so we save time and energy in the long run. Slow and steady wins the race!

We hope you come along on our farming journey in 2018!
